Free Shipping Worldwide

We deliver worldwide. We make use of Express Shipping services of the courier companies to help you get your order as soon as possible. Please note that the courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

Our courier agents are DHL and Blue Dart.

Delivery Under Normal Circumstances

We deliver orders within 5 business days worldwide. However, customized stitching orders can take 2-3 days more.

Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

Delivery Under Unforeseen Circumstances

Though we aim to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events, such as Covid 19 related logistical problems. In the unlikely event the delivery time may exceed 20 business days. For customized clothing orders, a delivery time exceeding 30 days may be required. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details if you have supplied us with your email address.

Transit Risk

The in-transit risk is borne by Mehar. However, if the package is lost, stolen or damaged after being delivered or left at customer's address, Mehar will not be responsible or liable in any way.

Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

In case, you have not received the product within 5 working days after receiving the tracking details from us, please do get in touch with us.

For any discrepancy with respect to delivery, we will not be able to entertain any case reported post 48 hours of the delivery or, post 48 hours of receiving the order delivered mail from our side.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Time to Ship

In most cases, your order will be processed within 48 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 5 -7 business days of placing the order under normal circumstances.

Delay in Shipping

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping, we will notify you by e-mail.

At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios.

Billing Address and Shipping Address

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills or invoices of the order. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
